Job Description

Join us as Digital Intern at our international headquarters in Utrecht, starting in September 2025. During this internship, you will have the opportunity to fully integrate into the Global DevOps Digital team as an Online Content / CMS intern. In 2025, we will be executing a CMS migration, offering a valuable learning experience where you’ll gain insights into the entire process—from design, development, and the adoption of the new system. This is a hands-on internship starting in with the flexibility to work 4 internship days per week (leaving 1 day available for studies).  

Your key activities will be: 

  • Building webpages within our brand new CMS (content management system)  

  • Setting up guidelines and best practices for colleagues to follow in the CMS  

  • Testing new features within our online environment  

  • Collaborating with our colleagues all over the world  

  • Providing support to colleagues with questions regarding CMS and/or other new features  

  • Supporting the CMS migration by coordinating the collection of assets, ensuring timely submission by markets

Qualifications

Are you bursting with fresh ideas and a hunger for learning? We want you!  

Here's what we're looking for: 

  • Academic Program: You are enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in in e-commerce, digital marketing, copywriting or business development. 

  • Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English – Having some similar hands-on experience with food research  activities is always a benefit. 

  • Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently. 

  • Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 5 months to this internship, preferably from 1 September 2025 to 28 February 2026

  • Availability: You can join the internship for 4 or 5 days per week, including three days in-office and one or two days remotely, ensuring an ideal balance between collaboration and independence.

  • Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results. 

  • Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's and when joining our Research departments, also sign an NDA agreement for internships. 

  • You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
