In this role, you’ll be the engine behind our people operations in Romania—making sure payroll runs smoothly, onboarding feels personal, and every HR touchpoint reflects our values of transparency, care, and growth.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and trusted partners to keep our processes sharp, compliant, and people-first. Whether it’s refining benefits, supporting internal moves, or helping new joiners feel at home, your work will help shape a culture where people do their best work—and feel great doing it.

💼 What You’ll Do
🔹 Payroll & Rewards
- Partner with our payroll provider to ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant payroll runs
- Support compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and benefits programs
- Help design and roll out incentive schemes and annual merit processes
🔹 HR Operations & Admin
- Keep employee records sharp and compliant (SAP + hard copy)
- Support internal comms, HR events, and engagement initiatives
- Track changes in employee status, roles, and departments
🔹 Talent & Onboarding
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to offer
- Make onboarding an unforgettable (and smooth) experience
- Collaborate with teams to align hiring with business growth

🎯 What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in HR (generalist, admin, payroll, or recruitment)
- Solid knowledge of Romanian labor law & payroll practices
- Experience with HR systems (SAP, HRIS, etc.)
- Hands-on with onboarding, engagement, or performance processes
⭐ Bonus Points
- Worked in a multinational or multicultural environment
- Participated in salary surveys or comp & ben projects
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
