Job Description

  • translate complex HR data into clear, concise, and actionable insights that inform strategic HR decisions and business objectives. This includes identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in employee data to drive improvements in areas like recruitment, retention, engagement, and performance
  • collaborate closely with HR business partners, leadership, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs, translate business questions into analytical solutions, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations
  • develop and maintain data-driven models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key HR metrics and track progress toward strategic goals.  This requires expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques
  • present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions related to workforce planning, compensation, and other HR initiatives, considering also external enviroment. This involves effectively communicating complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • support HR business partners in day-to-day work by providing tools, insights, and knowledge that simplify and accelerate processes

Qualifications

For this role as a HRIS & People Analytics Specialist C&EE, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • solid understanding of HR principles, practices
  • excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders,
  • strong analytical, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines,
  • proficiency in data analysis tools (MS Excel is a must), HR systems, and other relevant software S(AP SuccessFactors experience is a strong asset)
  • excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
  • min 2 years of similar experience (e.g  HR controlling, HR analysis), preferably in an international matrix environment.
